The masseria's kitchen offers only typical dishes strictly prepared with products from the farm.
The kitchen
It is a true hymn to genuineness and is managed directly by the owners.
Silverware and porcelain set the tables for breakfast and dinner, during which guests can enjoy delicious typical Apulian dishes and ancient recipes from the rural tradition. Dinner is served in the restaurant hall or outdoors. Great attention is paid to celiac and intolerant customers.
Typical dishes
There are numerous appetizers based on vegetables picked from the garden. The first courses are prepared with fresh pasta strictly handmade.

Delicious are the biscuits and breakfast pastries baked every morning.
