Soc. Agr. Masseria Rienzo S.S. is particularly attentive to the protection of the privacy of its Clients, Users, and Suppliers.
Personal data will be collected and used in full compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, "Personal Data Protection Code" (formerly Law 675/1996) and the processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code, Soc. Agr. Masseria Rienzo S.S. provides the following information.
1) Purpose of data processing
The data will be used for sending commercial information about products or services as well as for purposes related to compliance with regulatory obligations, provided by laws, decrees, regulations, and/or other equivalent acts.
2) Methods of processing
Personal data will be collected and stored on paper and computer media and processed also by means of computer tools and procedures.
3) Nature of data collection and consequences of failure to provide data
Providing data is optional, however, failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the purposes referred to in point 1 above, will make it impossible for Soc. Agr. Masseria Rienzo S.S. to provide the service.
4) Communication and dissemination of data
The data may be communicated to external tax and administrative consultants (identified by the data controller), who will undertake to comply with Legislative Decree 196/2003.

7) Data subject's rights (art. 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code)
a. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
b. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
1. the origin of the personal data;
2. the purposes and methods of processing;
3. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
4. the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge.
c. The data subject has the right to obtain:
1. the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
2. the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is
3. unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
4. certification that the operations referred to in points 1) and 2) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right protected.
d. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
2. to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The exercise of the above rights may be exercised directly or by granting, in writing, delegation or proxy to individuals or associations.
The request addressed to the data controller or processor may also be sent by registered letter, fax or email.
