Authenticity and genuineness
The cuisine of the farm offers only typical dishes strictly prepared with farm products.
The cuisine is a true hymn to authenticity and is managed directly by the owners. Silverware and porcelain set the tables for breakfast and dinner during which guests can enjoy delicious typical Apulian dishes and ancient tradition. Dinner is served in the dining room or outdoors. Great attention is paid to celiac and intolerant customers.
There are many starters based on vegetables picked from the garden. The first courses are prepared with strictly handmade fresh pasta.
Biscuits, sweets but also eggs ,cheese, salami are really delicious for your breakfast.

- Dinner for residents, à la carte menù.
Our guests can taste fine wines and 0 km aperitifs by the pool, on the terraces and among the millenary olive trees in the moonlight.
