A small but very modern two-phase continuous cycle oil mill , the result of innovative research and high technology that allows to obtain superior quality extra virgin olive oil. The visit includes an explanation of the stages of the olive processing and finally a small tasting course of extra virgin olive oil.

Guided tour in the monumental olive grove **
Rich in millenary history, to the discovery of old sheep track, lamie and visit to the "lamia of the farmer" , a small museum of peasant civilization. Walk along the paths to look at the olive trees and find yourself in harmony with nature.

Ostuni ''the white town"
Masseria Rienzo is just 3 km from the historic center of Ostuni.
Ostuni, the White Town, is picturesque and to be experienced. Ostuni, a renowned tourist destination, boasts a wonderful medievalvillage, rich with alleys and whitewashed houses, in a maze of streets which recalls an Arab Kasbah. Take a stroll in the old town centre, called “la terra” (the land) to distinguish it from the more recent “marina”: it offers picturesque spots amid the alleys, sloping stairs, courtyards and small squares, where whitewashed houses appear, embellished with geraniums, craft shops, typical restaurants and small shops.

17 kilometres of shore, in which there are both sandy beachs and cliffs, pebbles beaches and dunes covered with Mediterranean scrub, have given the White town the possibility to be awarded the Blue Flag in 2014, the twentieth one since 1994. The coast of Ostuni, differs itself from the other places for the cleanness of the water, for the coast, for the services offered, the safety measures and the environmental education. The Dune Costiere Nature Park stretches from Torre San Leonardo as far as Lido Morelli, which includes also a wetland with small lakes of salty water, fossil dunes and a part of the lame (typical gullies of Puglia), which flow into the sea.
